Return Process

  Log into your PzDeals account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
